Vinyl Floor Repairs & Remedial Work Auckland
Repairing Vinyl Floors Back to a Seamless Finish
Burns, cuts, tears, lifting seams, failed welds, damaged capping, worn trims and messy joins don’t automatically mean your vinyl needs replacing. This is the exact type of remedial work we carry out every day.
We specialise in seamless vinyl repairs for vinyl floors, wall vinyl, vinyl planks and marmoleum — restoring damaged areas so they look right again. Most jobs are completed in a single visit, saving thousands compared to replacement and extending the life of your existing surface.
For commercial sites, retail spaces, marine environments and property-managed buildings, we provide repairs and remediation work only — not full replacement. Full vinyl replacement is offered for residential properties only.
We also repair welds, coving, capping, trims, silicone and cap tiles where damage or poor finishing has occurred.

Clear, Fixed Pricing for Vinyl Repairs
We keep pricing simple and transparent. All vinyl repair and remedial work is charged at a fixed rate depending on how long the job takes on site. Most repairs are completed within the first hour or half day.
This covers the first hour on site and is paid as a deposit before attendance. Many small repairs are completed within this time.
For jobs that require more time on site, the rate simply moves to a half day to allow the repair work to be completed.
For larger jobs requiring additional time on site, the rate moves to a full day. Like most of our work, this is typically completed in a single visit.
If additional issues are found on site, the job simply moves up to the half day or full day rate — no surprises.
For residential jobs requiring vinyl colour matching before quoting, a $120 call-out fee applies. If you proceed with a full residential replacement quote, this amount is deducted from the final invoice.
- Timber flooring
- Laminate flooring
- Sheet carpet
- Ceramic or porcelain tiles
- Commercial kitchens (grease contamination prevents repair)

Get Your Vinyl Damage Assessed Quickly
The quickest way for us to tell you if your vinyl can be repaired is by sending a clear photo of the damage. In most cases, we can confirm whether it’s repairable and what rate it will fall under before we even arrive on site.
A $300 deposit secures your booking and covers the first hour on site. Many repairs are completed within this time.
For residential jobs that require vinyl colour matching before quoting, a $120 call-out fee applies. If you proceed with a full residential replacement quote, this is deducted from your final invoice.
